Shipping at a glance

What to expect after placing an order

Timing and availability depend on successful payment, accurate customer information, product readiness, carrier handling, destination conditions, and any verification required to complete the order.

01

Order Review

Payment, product selection, quantity, customer details, and delivery information may be checked before dispatch.

02

Delivery Estimate

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated timing are presented during checkout or order communication.

03

Tracking Updates

Tracking information is shared when available so customers can follow the package through the carrier network.

04

Customer Support

SimplyPure can review address concerns, stalled tracking, damaged parcels, missing items, or delivery questions.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival appointments. Carrier volume, weather, holidays, address problems, security checks, access limitations, and events outside SimplyPure’s reasonable control may affect timing.

Order processing

Each order is reviewed before dispatch

Processing begins after an order is submitted and payment has been successfully authorized. Some orders may require additional review before entering the delivery network.

  • 1Product, quantity, variation, delivery details, and payment status may be checked for accuracy.
  • 2Orders needing address clarification, payment verification, customer confirmation, or security review may take longer.
  • 3Processing may pause until requested information has been provided or a payment issue has been resolved.
  • 4An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the request but does not guarantee dispatch when fulfillment cannot be completed.
  • 5If a paid order cannot be completed, SimplyPure will provide an appropriate update and address the affected payment.

The delivery journey includes several connected stages

Each stage may create a new order or tracking update, but some movements occur without an immediate customer-facing scan.

Order Received

The submitted order and payment authorization are recorded for review.

Order Processed

Product availability, customer details, payment, and operational requirements are checked.

Carrier Accepted

The parcel enters the delivery network and begins receiving tracking events.

In Transit

The package may pass through several facilities before reaching the destination area.

Out for Delivery

The local carrier prepares the parcel for final delivery to the supplied address.

Delivery Recorded

The carrier posts a delivery event, attempt notice, access issue, or other final status.

Tracking updates are generated by the carrier and may not appear immediately after a label or shipment record is created.

Tracking information

Carrier scans show the package journey

A tracking number may be created before the carrier completes the first physical scan. Some routes also produce fewer updates while a parcel travels between facilities.

  • 1Review the tracking link included in the dispatch communication when available.
  • 2Allow time for the first scan after a label or electronic shipment record is created.
  • 3Expect estimated dates to change when carrier volume, weather, routing, access, or local conditions develop.
  • 4Confirm the delivery address and latest carrier event before reporting a possible problem.
  • 5Keep the order number, tracking number, delivery address, and relevant screenshots available for support.
A temporary lack of movement does not automatically mean the package is lost. Tracking may remain unchanged while the parcel is moving between facilities.

The order journey

Four steps connect checkout with delivery

Understanding the order stage helps determine what information is available and which next action may be appropriate.

01

Confirm the Order

Review the product, variation, quantity, recipient, email, telephone number, and delivery address.

02

Watch for Dispatch

Keep the order confirmation and review the dispatch communication when the parcel is ready.

03

Follow Tracking

Use carrier updates to understand transit movement, local delivery, attempts, or access issues.

04

Inspect the Delivery

Check the parcel, labels, packaging, products, quantities, and included contents before discarding anything.

Address changes and delivery access

Review every delivery detail before payment

The customer is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and deliverable information at checkout.

  • 1Confirm the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit, city, state, postal code, email, and telephone number.
  • 2Contact SimplyPure immediately when an address or order detail appears incorrect.
  • 3Changes are not guaranteed after processing or delivery preparation has begun.
  • 4Once a carrier controls the parcel, SimplyPure may be unable to redirect, intercept, or change the destination.
  • 5Provide building access, gate, reception, apartment, and safe-delivery details when the carrier or location requires them.

One order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels, with each package receiving its own scans and delivery timing.

Split shipments and package contents

One order may arrive in separate parcels

Products may occasionally be packaged and transported separately because of size, product handling, availability, or carrier arrangements.

  • 1Separate parcels may receive different tracking numbers, scans, and delivery dates.
  • 2A partial delivery does not necessarily mean the remaining product is missing.
  • 3Compare every tracking record with the products listed in the order communication.
  • 4Keep all packaging and labels until the complete order has arrived and every item has been checked.
  • 5Report a missing parcel only after reviewing all available shipment notices and tracking events.

Delivery concerns

Different package problems require different evidence

Preserve the parcel, product, labels, tracking details, and delivery materials while SimplyPure reviews a concern.

Marked delivered but not found

Check the mailbox, porch, reception area, household members, neighbors, building staff, safe locations, and carrier notice before reporting the parcel missing.

Tracking has stopped moving

Allow for normal scan gaps, then provide the order number and tracking details if the package remains outside the expected delivery window.

Package arrived damaged

Photograph the outer parcel, shipping label, internal packaging, product, affected area, and included contents before discarding anything.

Incorrect product received

Keep the item unused when possible and provide clear photographs of the product, variation, packaging, labels, and order details.

Items or components are missing

Check every packaging layer and compare the received contents with the product listing, instructions, component guide, or packing materials.

Package returned to sender

SimplyPure will review the carrier reason, address information, product status, and available next steps.

Do not dispose of damaged packaging, labels, manuals, accessories, inserts, or the affected product until SimplyPure confirms that they are no longer needed for review.

Delays and events outside control

Some delivery conditions cannot be predicted

SimplyPure works to provide useful order information, but carriers operate independent networks that may experience changing conditions.

  • 1Severe weather, natural events, transportation disruption, security incidents, and local emergencies may delay movement.
  • 2High carrier volume, holidays, staffing limits, facility closures, and route changes may affect estimated dates.
  • 3Apartment access, gated locations, signature requirements, unsafe conditions, and unavailable recipients may cause another attempt.
  • 4Address verification, regulatory review when applicable, and fraud-prevention checks may extend processing or transit.
  • 5SimplyPure may coordinate with the customer and carrier when an investigation or other appropriate resolution is required.

Shipping questions

Useful answers before contacting support

Where can I find my delivery estimate?

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated timing are shown during checkout or in order communications when provided.

Why has my tracking number not updated?

Yes. Products may occasionally travel separately and may receive different tracking numbers or delivery dates.

What should I do if the parcel is damaged?

Preserve everything, stop using any unsafe product, and photograph the parcel, label, packaging, product, damage, and included contents clearly.
