Policy at a glance

Clear expectations from processing to arrival

SimplyPure provides free shipping on all products. Estimated delivery is 3–5 calendar days after successful order processing, subject to carrier operations, address accuracy, product availability, and events outside reasonable control.

01

Free Shipping

Shipping is provided at no additional cost on every SimplyPure product unless a different arrangement is clearly shown before checkout.

02

Order Processing

Payment, product selection, customer details, delivery information, availability, and verification may be reviewed before dispatch.

03

Delivery Estimate

Estimated delivery is 3–5 calendar days after successful processing, not necessarily from the moment an order is submitted.

04

Tracking Support

Tracking information is provided when available so customers can follow movement, attempts, exceptions, and delivery updates.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed appointments. Carrier volume, severe weather, holidays, route changes, security review, address problems, access restrictions, and local disruptions may affect the expected arrival date.

Order processing

Successful processing begins before dispatch

Processing starts after an order is submitted and payment is successfully authorized. Some orders require additional review before they can be prepared and released for delivery.

  • 1Product, variation, quantity, price, discount, customer information, and delivery details may be checked for accuracy.
  • 2Payment authorization, fraud-prevention review, address verification, or customer confirmation may be required.
  • 3Processing may pause when information is incomplete, inconsistent, unavailable, or cannot be verified.
  • 4An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee dispatch if payment fails, a product becomes unavailable, or fulfillment cannot be completed.
  • 5If a paid order cannot be completed, SimplyPure will provide an update and arrange the appropriate cancellation, release, reversal, or refund.

The delivery journey includes several connected stages

Each stage may generate a customer-facing update, although some movements occur without an immediate carrier scan.

01

Order Received

The order and payment authorization are recorded for processing review.

02

Order Processed

Products, customer details, payment, availability, and delivery information are confirmed.

03

Shipment Prepared

The parcel is packed, labeled, documented, and prepared for carrier collection or transfer.

04

Carrier Accepted

The shipment enters the delivery network and begins receiving tracking events.

05

Out for Delivery

The local carrier prepares the parcel for delivery to the supplied destination.

06

Delivery Recorded

The carrier posts delivery, an attempted delivery, an access issue, or another final status.

Tracking and delivery updates

Carrier scans help explain package movement

A tracking number may be created before the carrier completes the first physical scan. Tracking may also remain unchanged while a parcel moves between facilities.

  • 1Use the tracking link or number included in the dispatch communication when available.
  • 2Allow reasonable time for the first scan after a shipping label or electronic record is created.
  • 3Review carrier updates for delays, access issues, delivery attempts, address concerns, or collection instructions.
  • 4Keep the order number, tracking number, recipient information, delivery address, and relevant screenshots available for support.
  • 5Contact SimplyPure when tracking remains outside the expected delivery window or shows an event requiring store review.
A temporary lack of tracking movement does not automatically mean the parcel is lost. Carrier systems may update after the package reaches the next facility.

Tracking estimates may change as the carrier processes the parcel through regional facilities, local routes, and final delivery.

Address accuracy and delivery access

The customer must provide a complete deliverable address

Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays, failed delivery, return to sender, or additional verification.

Recipient information

Provide the recipient’s full name and a current telephone number or email address that can receive delivery-related communication.

Street address

Enter the complete street number, street name, apartment or unit, city, state, postal code, and country information requested at checkout.

Building access

Provide gate, reception, apartment, call-box, or safe-location information when the carrier or property requires it.

Address changes

Contact SimplyPure immediately after discovering an error. Changes are not guaranteed once processing, packing, or carrier transfer begins.

Carrier redirects

SimplyPure may be unable to intercept, redirect, or modify a parcel after the carrier accepts it.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned, SimplyPure will review the carrier reason, address details, product status, and available next steps.

Several carefully prepared parcels ready for shipment
One SimplyPure order may arrive in separate parcels, with each package receiving its own tracking number and delivery date.

Split shipments

One order may arrive in more than one parcel

Products may occasionally be packed and transported separately because of size, availability, handling needs, carrier arrangements, or operational requirements.

  • 1Each parcel may receive a separate tracking number, carrier scan history, and estimated arrival date.
  • 2A partial delivery does not necessarily mean the remaining product is missing.
  • 3Customers should compare every shipment notice with the products listed in the order confirmation.
  • 4All packaging and labels should be kept until every product and component has been checked.
  • 5A missing-item concern should be reported only after reviewing all available parcels, tracking numbers, and shipment communications.

Delivery problems and package condition

Preserve evidence before discarding anything

Different delivery concerns require different information. Keep the parcel, product, shipping label, internal packaging, instructions, accessories, and photographs until SimplyPure confirms they are no longer needed.

01

Check the Location

Review the mailbox, porch, reception, household members, neighbors, safe locations, and carrier notice.

02

Preserve the Parcel

Keep the outer package, label, internal materials, product, accessories, manuals, and included contents.

03

Document the Issue

Take clear photographs of the parcel, label, packaging, product, damage, variation, and missing or received components.

04

Request Review

Provide the order number, tracking details, delivery date, explanation, photographs, and requested outcome.

Stop using any product that arrives leaking, cracked, unusually hot, wet, swollen, contaminated, incomplete, unstable, sharp, or otherwise unsafe.

Common delivery concerns

Each situation has a practical first step

Provide complete information so SimplyPure can determine whether the next step involves the customer, carrier, payment provider, return process, replacement process, or another appropriate resolution.

  • 1Marked delivered but missing: check all safe locations, building staff, household members, neighbors, and carrier notices.
  • 2Tracking has stopped: allow for normal scan gaps, then report the concern when the parcel remains outside the expected window.
  • 3Package arrived damaged: photograph the outer parcel, label, internal packaging, product, and every affected area.
  • 4Incorrect product received: keep the item unused when possible and document the product, variation, packaging, and labels.
  • 5Missing components: check every packaging layer and compare the contents with the product listing, manual, or component guide.

Clear photographs and complete package records help support review of damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or missing deliveries.

Some delivery conditions remain outside reasonable control

SimplyPure will provide available information and practical support, but independent carrier networks may experience changing conditions.

01

Severe Weather

Storms, flooding, extreme heat, fire, snow, wind, and other dangerous conditions may suspend or reroute delivery.

02

Carrier Volume

High demand, peak seasons, holidays, staffing shortages, and facility congestion may extend transit time.

03

Local Access

Gates, apartment restrictions, unsafe routes, closed roads, reception hours, or unavailable recipients may cause another attempt.

04

Address Review

Incomplete, inconsistent, restricted, or unverifiable delivery information may delay processing or final delivery.

05

Security and Legal Review

Fraud-prevention checks, lawful restrictions, investigations, or security events may affect processing or transit.

06

Network Disruption

Transportation interruption, facility closure, technical outage, emergency response, or other events may delay updates and arrival.
